Here at Mike Anderson’s we consider everyone a friend. We’ve been doin’ this cookin’ thing for a livin’ since 1981. We believe in workin’ hard, doin’ yer best, and not being afraid to look in the mirror. The taste sensations ya’ll will experience at our shop are the result of endless backyard bbq’s, waterfront campouts, raceday cookin’, and a lifetime spent around a hickory fire!!! We hope ya’ll will enter our group here and take us into your homes, workplaces and bellies. Our love for Texas and the traditions of Texas Cookin’ will forever keep us motivated to get ‘em in yer tummy any way we can!
