Owners Justin and Kathryn Haecker established "Bexar County Brisket" at the local Tomball Farmers Market in March 2016. Hoping to ingrain themselves more in their new community, they started selling their BBQ to the public as a way to proudly serve others, make a few smiles (and friends), and establish roots where they had settled.
