Leading the team at Smokin’ Al’s is owner and head chef Ali Sayed who’s history starts in a family restaurant working part time from the age of fifteen and progressing onward to running the business for 10 years in which time the restaurant pioneered middle eastern cuisine in Sydney winning many accolades. From the restaurant Ali moved on to manufacturing artisan style halal Small goods and smoked cold cuts, also seeing to the production of a meat processing plant until venturing into the world of BBQ and American dining where he keeps proving his skill and determination to providing real food for real people with real passion.
