After years of dreaming of a way to share his passion for food with others, Brandon Hurtado created Hurtado Barbecue Co.

To pay homage to his heritage, Hurtado infuses Mexican-inspired flavors into central Texas-style barbecue to create the perfect blend of smoke and spice.
