Description

Established in 2020. Lane Milne, Dylan Taylor, and Jonny White have been in the world of central Texas style barbecue since being introduced in 2013. In the 7 years since, they have worked for 8 of the top 50 Texas Monthly Top 50 barbecue restaurants and trained under the best pit masters in the nation. By teaching classes and hosting pop ups on their free days, Lane, Dylan, and Jonny saved up money to open their own spot. Goldee's Barbecue, named after the old, golden Ford F-250 used to pull around their first pit, is the result of their labor of love and countless hours spent after work experimenting with new variations of classic side dishes, and dialing in on timeless smoking methods.
