Description

Barbecue is religion to most folks; wherever you’re from is the only real barbecue to you. We tend to think you’re right. We’re true fans of all ‘cue, but when we opened our first Brooklyn shop in 2012, we set out to create our own individual style of barbecue by melding the classic tradition of wood fire cooking with the many ethnic flavors we experienced while walking the streets of such a vibrant borough.

We had a good ten-year run in Brooklyn, winning many awards, making countless friends, and thrived helping to create a new definition of barbecue in NYC. Then, in 2022 the universe attracted us to Longmeadow, and into the bones of one of the longest-running institutions in this town’s history – Rinaldi’s. It took us close to two years to renovate the space to meet our vision, and now that we are finally open (high-five!), we hope to achieve the incredible longevity of our beloved predecessors.

At the centerpiece of our kitchen are two full-ton barbecue pits made for us in Texas. These workhorses are wood-fired by locally sourced sugar maple and red oak, which provides our distinct smoke flavor. Our menu features traditional bbq classics, mixed with southern and asian-inspired comfort foods. Think a rib and chicken bbq platter alongside a bowl of BBQ ramen. Or, brisket-topped bbq fries, next to a flatiron steak salad with avocado puree. We have a unique wine list ranging from classic & traditional wines, up through wicked funky unfiltered natural wines. Try one of our super fun Pet' nat's with your ribs... it's weird, bubbly, fun, and delicious! And in addition to the 14 beers on tap, we have an extensive bourbon list and a delicious cocktail program.

Some folks think we have an identity crisis. Like, who serves a natural orange wine with a half-rack of ribs, a brisket cheesesteak, a strip steak, and bbq ramen on a marble and brass table top with a roll of paper towels? We do. And we love it. What's the common thread? All of these items bring us comfort and happiness, and we hope they bring happiness to you and your loved ones, too.
