We do it all. Adam’s Rib Smokehouse is owned and operated by Mike & Katrina Adams and family. Every person in the family plays an important role in creating an atmosphere comfortable for your family to enjoy our establishment. Our eldest son Mike is the pit master and manages our location on State St. Mike Jr. has learned the art of BBQ right along side his father, starting at the age of 16. Mike is now married to a wonderful girl, Jessica. She also work alongside the family, usually you can catch her at the register assisting customers. Our daughter Jen, graduated from Oregon Culinary Institute and fresh bakes all our desserts weekly. She also assists in our catering kitchen, along with her husband Omar, our catering manager. Our youngest son Matt, who has been working with us since the age of 7, helps us out with running the food truck. Our 2 oldest grandsons have come on board now and help out with special events.
