Gravity Smokehouse & BBQ was started by two friends that grew into a family. Both of us have had our time in and out of the foodservice industry and have always maintained a passion for it. The time has come to turn our hobby and passion of true smoked BBQ into our way of life. It was this desire and passion that sparked the idea of Gravity.
