The menu features Dwight’s classic “Off The Bone” pork ribs, beef brisket, delicious beef sausage and smoked chicken. Our homemade sides are all hand cut as we take the time to prepare them with love; the way you’d prepare a Sunday supper. Delicious food, family recipes, and caring service are the three pillars of our restaurant and allows for a superior memorable dining experience for everyone.

In addition, we have a totally separate Catering and Delivery menu, where we can customize our meats, sides and desserts, to fit your needs.
