The 3rd Coast (aka Gulf Coast) is the inspiration for our flavors. While TeXas craft BBQ is the heart and soul of our small family business, we also enjoy sharing Troy’s culinary talents with a great gumbo, spicy crawfish, fresh fish, oysters, shrimp, grilled steak, big burgers, soothing soul food and tacos.
