We smoke daily for 13-14 hours in our 20-ft competition trailer using local fruit wood
Serving (Platters, Sandwiches, Sides) using locally curated cuts like Brisket, BBQ Chicken Thighs, Pulled Pork Butt, Pork Spareribs, and a staff favorite Smoked Tri-Tip all until we sell OUT
