Born from a love for American comfort food and an appreciation for our New York Jewish heritage, Pulkies is a new take on classic BBQ. Here, turkey is the star instead of pork, taking center stage on a menu with enough sides, vegetarian options, and New York favorites to please everybody. We are proudly jewish but not kosher. At Pulkies, everyone is a part of the tribe, and we are so excited to share our cuisine and culture with you! We crafted our menu with one thought in mind, maximum quality and enjoyability for eating at home.
