Located on Main Street in the historic district of downtown Waterbury, Vermont, our Restaurant is where you come for BBQ, classic cocktails and fresh beer. Our Brewery entrance is just around the corner We offer a Latin inspired menu and rotating Daily Specials . It's also where we brew the beer.

Things are pretty crazy right now, We're really proud of all we do, and glad to be able to offer take-out and limited sit-down dining. Stick with us while we try and figure this all out.
