John Berry, our owner and a certified food preparation and management specialist, has always dreamed of starting his own barbecue business. With a clear vision inside his head, he and his wife Brandi began working toward this dream. Inspired by The Way Impact Christian Center’s 2016 theme “From thoughts to words to hands,” they brought to life their plan to have their own restaurant. They opened Berry Best Bbq in February when the Super Bowl Sunday began.

John purchased a food truck, acquired the necessary permits, and went to work around the city and beyond. Now, his restaurant is known in the Metroplex as the home of the tastiest and most tender smoked meats. Through faith, perseverance, endurance, and teamwork, John and Brandi are ready to serve you with the best barbeque you will ever taste in your lifetime.
