Owner Brandon Peterson, a Texas native who lived in San Diego California for the past 15 years, features recipes that have been in his family for more than 60 years. His barbecue hits on all the Texas classics of brisket, ribs, sausage, and also tri-tip, smoked with post oak wood. And for patrons who would like to pair the food with a fresh cup of coffee, Bandit is located next door to Gold Coffee.
