FITZGERALDS owner Will Duncan has partnered with beloved Chicago chef John Manion (El Che, Time Out Market, La Sirena) to lead the culinary direction for this casual yet high quality smokehouse. In addition to full service dining throughout the adjacent Music Venue, Patio, Cocktail Bar, and Private Dining Space, BABYGOLD offers takeout, delivery, and catering. Our menu is anchored by traditional American Barbecue and shows subtle nods to FITZGERALDS Cajun musical heritage. Special attention is given to brisket & ribs, and rotating specials like beef ribs off the outdoor “stick burner” are common. Authentic po’ boys and chargrilled oysters are on offer, as well as a handful of healthier-than-expected options such as BBQ spiced cauliflower, smoked shrimp, and a killer kale Caesar salad.
