Everything at 2Fifty’s is wood-smoked & handcrafted daily and will be cut and served to order daily at the Market. With the newly added 1,000-gallon direct flow smoker from Primitive Pits they can now wood-smoke more meat than ever while keeping the process unplugged with no shortcuts.
