OUR NAME:
II am a third-generation food service person. My grandfather came from Italy Wayback in the day and when he sailed into New York Harbor he saw the Statue of Liberty. He was so overjoyed to finally be here in America that he opened a bakery in New Jersey and called it liberty bakery and had a picture of the Statue of Liberty in his window.

All of our food is scratch made and all of our smoked foods are smoked on wood burning smokers using only wood, fire, smoke and meats or non-meats... no gas ovens with a little piece of wood to get some smoke flavor, it's all old school.

Then our baked goods like pies and cakes are hand made and are4 really phenomenal to say the least... just awesome.

We started our smoked meats journey in 2016 doing festivals and some catering then we built a food trailer and that was awesome and now THANK THE LORD we are in this amazing building and location.
