Starting in our backyard outside of Tucson Arizona, BBQ became a therapeutic hobby following a Celiac diagnosis in 2011 that kept us from dining out regularly. I questioned why there couldn't be really great food establishments that just happened to be gluten-free. From there, Evie Mae's was born. Named after our daughter "Evelyn Mae", who was one when we launched our first trailer in Arizona. This venture is a true passion project, led by a mission to serve great, honest food combined with a wonderful customer experience. We have operated our restaurant in the small west Texas town of Wolfforth since 2015, and we are thankful and excited for this new adventure on the beautiful, emerald coast!
