Nestled just off I-35 on Central Ave in Belton, Schoepf’s BBQ welcomes you with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Schoepf’s BBQ was established in 1993, and purchased in August, 2007 by Ronnie & Staci Schoepf, from Ronnie’s parents.

Since purchasing the restaurant, Ronnie & Staci have completely restructured the business. From a revamped food menu, to a complete remodel of the location.

With the new look and feel, along with serving proprietary meats & prime brisket, they have turned Schoepf’s into a Central Texas must-visit location.

In addition, Schoepf’s BBQ introduced live music to the Belton area with Schoepf’s Backyard in 2009 and it recently was awarded the Texas Country Music Award for “Live Music Venue of The Year”.

Today, Schoepf’s BBQ is known as a Texas Barbecue destination everyone raves about.
