El Paso Potato Company was born from the family who brought you Desert Oak Barbecue.  So many of our loyal customers requested faster lunch service for the days they were craving smoked meats but were in a rush.  Along with this request came requests for locations throughout town.

​We put our heads together and a brand new concept was born- your one-stop build-your-own potato shop!  We are so excited to bring El Paso a quick-service stuffed potato bar!  Happy Stuffing!
